AARO Movie - Ecstasy - 17th September - Guests welcome

Dear AARO Members,

We are pleased to announce that the September screening of Ecstasy (details below) is now being opened to Members' guests. Please spread the word about what is a very rare opportunity to watch this beautifully made, notorious classic Czech movie that launched the career of Hedy Lamarr. Among other cinematic sensations, the film includes wonderful footage of the Barrandov Terasy in the venue's prime.

We will be projecting from a film print with English subtitles, provided by the National Film Archives, so you and your guests can enjoy the movie in all its original glory.

For guests, we will politely request a contribution of 100 CZK per head towards the cost of the event. Anyone who joins AARO for the remainder of the year at the event (1,000 CZK for an individual, 1,200 CZK for a couple) will not pay this charge and will be welcome at no cost to the Thanksgiving Dinner and at least one more movie presentation this year.

Please rsvp (if you haven't already) and let me know how many guests you plan to bring by 4th September, thank you.
